Job Description Principal (Female) needed in a CBSE school in Pataudi, Gurgaon.  Immediate joining needed. Qualifications: Postgraduate/Ph.D with B.Ed or M.Ed Experience:  Minimum 3–5 years  as a Principal 8–10 years of strong experience as VP/HM Administrative experience in reputed CBSE schools with 1000+ students Candidate should be based in Pataudi or Gurgaon and should have experience working in Pataudi / Gurgaon or nearby regions   Key Responsibilities 1. Academic and Administrative Leadership Provide strong, dynamic leadership to all school stakeholders, fostering a positive school culture and climate. Assist the Principal in implementing school policies, annual plans, and academic calendars. 2. Instructional Leadership Lead the development and implementation of the school’s academic programs. Support teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment. 3. Faculty Development Participate in recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation of teaching staff. Coordinate and lead professional development programs and workshops for staff. Foster a collaborative, motivated teaching environment. 4. Student Development and Discipline Address the diverse needs of students, including academic, social, and emotional support. Development of policies and procedures for students behavior, ensuring they align with the schools ethos. 5. Parent and Community Involvement Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians; and be available for parents consultations, actively consider parent suggestions and discuss the educational needs of individual students Organize PTMs, orientation sessions, and school events. 6. Operational and Admissions Support Support the admissions process and orientation of new students. Help manage schedules, resources, facilities, and compliance documentation.   Job Knowledge & Competencies: Excellent understanding of CBSE curriculum, academic and regulatory frameworks Latest and updated knowledge on best practices, methodologies and developments pertaining to academic administration. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and team-building skills Effective in conflict resolution , student handling, and decision-making Proficient in using technology for academic and school management High level of integrity, empathy, and commitment to student growth Looking for candidates based in Gurgaon or Pataudi.
