TheVice Principal will work closely with faculty and staff to ensure high academic standards, studentwell -being, and the smooth functioning of the school. This includes overseeingacademic programs, managing school finances, facilities, and communityrelations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills,and a deep commitment to student welfare and academic success. Key Responsibilities1. Academic and Administrative LeadershipProvide strong, dynamic leadership to all school stakeholders, fostering a positive school culture and climate.Assist the Principal in implementing school policies, annual plans, and academic calendars.2. Instructional LeadershipLead the development and implementation of the school's academic programs.Support teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.3. Faculty DevelopmentParticipate in recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation of teaching staff.Coordinate and lead professional development programs and workshops for staff.Foster a collaborative, motivated teaching environment.4. Student Development and DisciplineAddress the diverse needs of students, including academic, social, and emotional support.Support the Principal in development of policies and procedures for students behavior, ensuring they align with the schools ethos.5. Parent and Community InvolvementMaintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians; and be available for parents consultations, actively consider parent suggestions and discuss the educational needs of individual studentsOrganize PTMs, orientation sessions, and school events.6. Operational and Admissions SupportSupport the admissions process and orientation of new students.Help manage schedules, resources, facilities, and compliance documentation.   Job Knowledge & Competencies:Excellent understanding of CBSE curriculum, academic and regulatory frameworksLatest and updated knowledge on best practices, methodologies and developments pertaining to academic administration.Strong leadership, excellent communication, and team -building skillsEffective in conflict resolution, student handling, and decision -makingProficient in using technology for academic and school managementHigh level of integrity, empathy, and commitment to student growth Looking for candidates based in Gurgaon or Pataudi.
