Job Title: Backend Support Engineer (Night Shift)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Internship or industry experience accepted)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM IST or as applicable)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Backend Support Engineer to join our team, with a focus on technical support, bug fixing, and backend system maintenance using This role is suited for candidates with internship experience or up to 1 year of professional experience, who are comfortable working night hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide backend technical support for applications.
  • Diagnose, debug, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation of known issues and solutions.
  • Monitor logs, alerts, and performance metrics to ensure system stability.
  • Respond to internal support queries in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

  • 6–12 months of experience in a backend or support role (internship included).
  • Solid understanding of and backend fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side debugging.
  • Working knowledge of Git and version control practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shift.

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Grafana, New Relic).
  • Background in technical support or ticket-based systems.
