Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with a minimum of three years of on-field sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our SAAS platform to real estate agents and channel partners, generating revenue through offline sales. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and target potential real estate agents and channel partners to promote and sell LeapX’s SAAS platform.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

·       Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our platform.

·       Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales strategies and activities.

·       Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

·       Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

·       Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: MBA will be preferred

·      Minimum of three years of on-field sales experience, preferably in the real estate or SAAS industry.

·      Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

·      Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

·      Proficient in using CRM software ( like Zoho, Pipedrive) and other sales tools.


Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurgaon and surrounding areas is a plus.
