Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into active clients. Identify and explore new lead generation channels—both online and offline. Lead and execute offline sales campaigns, community activations, and local partnerships. Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel with a consultative and empathetic approach. Understand customer needs and recommend personalized fitness and wellness packages. Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. Maintain accurate records and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in B2 C sales, with a proven track record of lead conversion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience in creating structured sales pipelines. Confident in cold calling, upselling, and long-term relationship building.
