The Key Account Manager is responsible for leading & ensuring continuous sales growth in domestic market in the northern region by getting the sales strategy implemented thereby establishing Radici brand as one of the most preferred suppliers in domestic market. This position also involves getting approvals specifically from the core segments of Auto, E&E OEMS & leading the process of channel management.
The candidate will work in Sales Function and will report directly to the Regional Head – North Area.
Responsabilities
- monitor and implement customer-centric strategies to achieve budgeted sales;- motivate and lead the team to achieve the organization's goals;- ensure market development by offering new products for various applications at competitive prices, maintaining healthy relationships with OEMs, finalizing budget figures;- ensure customer satisfaction by improving customer knowledge of our new products/applications;- work closely with customers on new product development;- ensure prompt handling of complaints (quick response time);- review and secure receivables at the planned level (outstanding and past due);- ensure policy compliance by distributors: provide timely reports on sales/inventory/credits, statutory compliance, compliance in line with distribution agreement;- explore new customers and new market development opportunities: plan and implement strategies, negotiate with key and potential customers, suggest sales strategies (pricing, long-term business relationships) to sales manager;- monitor competitors: monitor their movements, act promptly on their moves, through timely information from distributors/market.
Technical Knowledge
- sales knowledge: experience in direct negotiation with customers;- math skills in order to calculate margins, commissions, preparing formula-price and costing;- knowledge/experience of/in the market, preferably the plastic sector;- knowledge of CRM Module/Siebel and SAP are considered a plus;- knowledge of Windows programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;- IATF Awareness;- customer Focus/client relationship management.
Job requirements
- bechelor’s or any Post Graduated Degree - Specialization in Polymer is preferred;- working experience in similar kind of industry (Polymer) & managing or leading teams;- minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar roles;- previous experience in Chemicals/Plastics/Rubber/Polymers Industries.
