Azure Backup and DR Engineer

Experience : 5+ years of experience working with backup and disaster recovery solutions in Azure. Hands-on experience with Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Recovery Services Vault. Proficiency in designing and implementing backup strategies for virtual machines, databases, and file servers. Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud disaster recovery solutions. Strong knowledge of backup retention policies, encryption, and data protection practices. Experience with PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting for automation of backup and
recovery processes.
Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
Experience with third-party backup tools integrated with Azure, such as Veeam, Commonvault, or NetApp.
Understanding of business continuity planning and recovery strategies for mission-critical applications.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Location Coimbatore (initial 2 months work from Pune)
