Role & responsibilities

  • Expertise in SAP, MS Excel & Power point
  • MIS: Monitoring & Reporting (KPIs, Material Usage variance, Productivity, volume compliances)
  • Preparing month production phasing as per demand plan from Sales & SCM
  • Preparing month plant performance presentation
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, Products, SKUs
  • Prepare & update the line wise capacities files
  • Exposure of dealing with multiple stake holders across the organization (SCM, Finance, Marketing, Production, Maintenance)
  • Process flow understanding and product routing preparation experience
  • Support the finance & marketing team in margin calculations by providing routing of new products & SKUs for futuristic prospect.
  • Annual Budget working with plant team SKU Compliance (M&E Controllable) in all lines.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/ M. Tech/ PGDM/MBA with 3-5 Year of experience in FMCG industry.
