Responsibilities:Directly manage a team of account managersEnsure revenue target realizationResponsible for key client interactionCoach, mentor, provide feedback & improve the skill set & productivity of the teamRecruiting & training of future team membersAnalyze & report key performance metrics

Experience:Ability to effectively manage clientsExperience with Digital Strategy & Online Marketing (Campaigns, Content, Social Media etc...)Ability to understand and anticipate client needExcellent customer interaction and client facing skillsStrong creative problem solving and analytic skills with attention to detailSelf-motivated & AmbitiousProficient with Powerpoint/Keynote
