We manage three dynamic brands: Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi, committed to delivering innovative and effective products.Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and passionate about delivering high ROAS through strategic planning and performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa):Manage performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and other marketplacesOptimize ACoS/TACoS, manage keyword strategies, and enhance product visibilityCoordinate with catalog and eCommerce teams to improve listings, product pages, and dealsRegularly monitor ad spend, conversions, and marketplace-specific insights to drive growthGenerate and present weekly/monthly campaign reports with actionable recommendationsRequirements:Minimum 6 Months of hands-on experience in performance marketingDeep understanding of media buying, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structuresProficiency with platforms/tools: Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads, GA4, Excel, etc.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and bias for performance optimizationA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environmentPreferred Qualities:ROI-focused mindsetSelf-starter with attention to detailStrong understanding of user behavior and customer journeysComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentLocation: Goregaon, Mumbai
