You will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, improving app visibility across regions, and contributing to user acquisition strategies in the trading and financial services space.Job Description:Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns via Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads ManagerOptimize mobile app install campaigns (Google UAC, Meta App Ads) across multiple geographiesDrive performance through SEM, SMM, and SEO tactics tailored to target audiencesMonitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, and engagement metrics across all campaignsConduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibilityStay up to date with platform algorithm changes and international market trendsContribute to cross-functional marketing strategies and growth campaigns.Develop and implement strategies to boost high-quality mobile app installs and retention across key marketsRequirement:3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience, with a strong grasp of performance marketingProficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other paid media toolsStrong understanding of mobile app marketing (UAC, ASO, MMP tools like Adjust/Appsflyer)Solid SEO knowledge including on-page, off-page, and technical SEOExperience in financial services, trading, or stock markets is a strong plusAnalytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, or similarExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldCertification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similarFamiliarity with CRM tools and automation platforms
