plant in Dadra.
Job Overview:
Faze Three Ltd. seeks a dynamic Industrial Engineer with textile industry experience to enhance operational efficiencies, streamline processes, and drive production optimization.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and optimize departmental capacities for maximum resource utilization and production targets achievement.
Implement SAM-based working practices to improve productivity and operational workflows.
Lead cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses while maintaining quality.
Execute precise production analyses to optimize processes, ensuring peak efficiency and seamless workflow.
Assess machinery and equipment needs, ensuring optimal allocation for production support.
Develop strategies to increase production efficiency, incorporating process improvements and new technologies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure production processes align with sustainability and quality objectives.
Mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Keep up with industry trends, integrating innovative practices to sustain market leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3-4 years of experience in the textile industry, with a proven record of improving production efficiency.
Deep knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of both independent and team work.
Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration across levels.
