Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical terminologies, technologies, and skills relevant to IT roles (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.). 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients. 6. US Market Knowledge: - Understanding of US employment types, tax terms - Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US. 7. Client Coordination: Ability to liaise with implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates. 8. Performance Metrics: - Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines. - Expertise in building and maintaining a talent pipeline. Work Timings: Willingness to work in US time zones.
