Key Responsibilities:
  • Design develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform specifically focusing on the ITOM suite.
  • Lead the implementation of the Event Management module to enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with various thirdparty tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance functionality.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance for all developed solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations integrations and workflows.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITOM specifically in the Event Management module.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with thirdparty tools and applications.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g. Certified Application Developer ITOM Certification) is a plus.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. Incident Management Change Management) is an advantage.
