We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time on-site role where you will support our social media strategy, assist in creating engaging content, and contribute to growing our digital presence.

As part of our team, you'll help establish Crypque as a leader in the Web 3 and crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

  2. Assist in developing and managing engaging content for platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  3. Help create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written posts that align with our brand voice.

  4. Social Media Strategy:

  5. Support the team in planning and executing innovative campaigns to boost brand awareness.

  6. Stay updated with trends in Web 3 and crypto to provide fresh ideas.

  7. Community Engagement:

  8. Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster relationships within the crypto community.

  9. Work with influencers and thought leaders to enhance Crypque's reputation.

  10. Performance Analytics:

  11. Help track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media channels.

  12. Assist in using data insights to improve engagement and campaign results.

  13. Collaboration:

  14. Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  15. Assist in organizing campaigns for product launches and events.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing.
  • Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web 3 technologies (basic knowledge preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is an advantage.
