Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 1, located in North Goa. The Commi 1 will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting in cooking, and developing culinary skills. The role includes supporting senior chefs in meal preparation, ingredient handling, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
• Understanding and practice of Hygiene standards
• Effective Communication skills
• Prior experience in Cooking and working in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Relevant culinary education and training are a plus
