Role Overview -

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of a premium hotel

development in Shirdi, Maharashtra. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination

skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction within defined timelines and

budgets.

Responsibilities -

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress aligns with project schedule, budget, and design intent.
  • Implement and monitor quality control systems to achieve the highest standards of construction.
  • Coordinate with civil and MEP contractors/subcontractors for seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Oversee material planning, usage, and inventory control to optimize efficiency and reduce wastage.
  • Enforce site safety protocols in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Resolve technical issues and construction discrepancies promptly to minimize impact on progress.

Preferred candidate profile -

  • Local candidates or those residing nearby will be preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is a must.
  • 5–7 years' experience in hospitality or premium residential projects (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong ability to interpret architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven focus on quality and safety in project execution.
