**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids.
- Monitor project costs and report on any financial deviations.
- Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Prepare and manage project cash flow forecasts and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards in all commercial practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Proficiency in estimation and cost management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
