About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in PCB routing and design. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using OrCAD/Allegro PCB design tools, with a background in electronics circuit design and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts for electronic circuits.
  • Perform PCB routing, placement, and optimization ensuring signal integrity and manufacturability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, mechanical, manufacturing) to ensure PCB designs meet system requirements.
  • Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) checks.
  • Collaborate with vendors and fabrication houses for PCB manufacturing and assembly.
  • Review and troubleshoot PCB designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision control.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of PCB design, routing, and layout principles.
  • Hands-on experience with OrCAD and/or Allegro PCB Design Suite.
  • Understanding of high-speed design, EMI/EMC considerations, and signal integrity.
  • Familiarity with Gerber file generation and PCB manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of electronics components, circuits, and system integration.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in PCB design and routing.
