Associate Electronics Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in PCB routing and design. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using OrCAD/Allegro PCB design tools, with a background in electronics circuit design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts for electronic circuits.
- Perform PCB routing, placement, and optimization ensuring signal integrity and manufacturability.
- Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, mechanical, manufacturing) to ensure PCB designs meet system requirements.
- Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) checks.
- Collaborate with vendors and fabrication houses for PCB manufacturing and assembly.
- Review and troubleshoot PCB designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision control.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of PCB design, routing, and layout principles.
- Hands-on experience with OrCAD and/or Allegro PCB Design Suite.
- Understanding of high-speed design, EMI/EMC considerations, and signal integrity.
- Familiarity with Gerber file generation and PCB manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of electronics components, circuits, and system integration.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in PCB design and routing.
