Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Counselor at Aptech Aviation Academy. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day counseling activities, assisting students in selecting courses, providing career guidance, coordinating with academic staff, maintaining student records, and ensuring student satisfaction. The Senior Counselor will also handle administrative tasks related to admissions, fee payments, and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of careers in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel & Tourism- Experience in conducting career counseling sessions- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and parents- Good organizational and administrative skills- Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems- Experience in the education industry is a plus- Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi.- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and counseling sessions daily.- Familiarity with CRM software and other office tools.- Patience and ability to handle stress

Years of Experience- 0-4 years

Job location- Andheri/Borivali/Virar

Basic qualification- Any UG/PG

Preferred Skills- Counselling, Excel, MS Office, MS Word
