Office Manager

Emnoca, a leading Advertising Services and SEO Agency based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative functions, such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assisting in Audit plans.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers.
- Ensure office compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the management team with various projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving job responsibilities and deadlines
- Previous experience in an office management role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Relevant educational background in business administration, management, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
