We are looking for a HR Executive who can spot the right talent for us.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate screening from various sources of hire
Application Tracking System (ATS):
Manage and update the ATS with candidate information, application statuses, and interview schedules.
Ensure all candidate interactions and statuses are accurately logged in the ATS.
Generate reports from the ATS to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the HR team.
Candidate Documentation:
Collect, verify, and maintain all necessary candidate documents including identification, educational certificates, previous employment records, and other relevant documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in compliance with company policies
Offer Release:
Prepare and release offer letters to selected candidates in a timely manner.
Communicate offer details and follow up with candidates to ensure acceptance.
Human Resource Management System (HRMS):
Manage and maintain the HRMS, ensuring all employee data is accurately entered and up-to-date.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HRMS.
Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of expeirence managing recruitment process in current role.
