Recruitment & Talent Acquisition -Lead the end-to-end hiring process to bring in the right talent that aligns with our fast-growing retail business. 2. Employee Management Bridge -Act as the connect between management and employees, ensuring transparent communication and empathetic conflict resolution. 4.
