Most companies hire “Customer Success Partners.” We hire Employee Growth Partners (EGPs) — people who build human performance systems inside the company. An EGP doesn’t just hire. You design each person’s 1-year OKR, make sure they have everything they need to win, and walk beside them until those OKRs are achieved. When they grow, you grow. This is not Human Resources. This is Human Potential Engineering. Your Mission To identify, onboard, and grow 40–50 top sales and marketing professionals in the U.S. who will define the future of Aonxi’s revenue organization — and to ensure each one achieves 100% of their OKRs for at least 11 of 12 months. Your mission is measurable: 40–50 hires. 100% OKR clarity from day one. 11 months of 100% performance. That’s the foundation of Aonxi. What You’ll Do 1. Talent Partner Source, evaluate, and hire the best sales and marketing U.S. talent . Build trust fast: your hires must feel they joined a movement, not a company. Design every hire’s Year-1 OKR framework within their first 7 days. Create 30/60/90-day ramp plans and learning paths with measurable checkpoints. 2. Growth Architect Conduct monthly OKR reviews and quarterly Growth Conversations. Ensure ≥ 11 of 12 months of full OKR completion for every team you manage. Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Product leads to remove roadblocks and accelerate performance. Redefine “HR metrics” into Human Growth Metrics: retention, readiness, revenue impact. 3. Trainer & Coach Schedule training modules (skills, tools, mindset). Coordinate cross-functional mentoring with Aonxi’s best closers and AI product leads. Run “OKR Readiness Audits” before each new quarter. 4. Culture Builder Champion transparency, measurable success, and emotional ownership. Celebrate growth stories — every milestone hit by your hires is your own victory. Help transform Employee Growth into the next global benchmark for people systems. Your Own OKRs (EGP Scorecard) Objective 1 – Build & Activate Top Talent KR1: Hire 40–50 sales & marketing professionals in 2–3 months. KR2: ≥ 80 % pass 30-day fit test. Objective 2 – Drive Measurable Growth KR3: 100 % of hires have 1-year OKRs within 7 days of start. KR4: 90 % achieve 100 % OKR performance in ≥ 11 months. KR5: Monthly team OKR tracking accuracy ≥ 95 %. Objective 3 – Elevate the System KR6: Candidate NPS ≥ +50. KR7: Zero compliance or documentation errors. KR8: Publish a monthly Employee Growth Report (wins, learning, upgrades). What You’ll Bring 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Sales Enablement for U.S. sales/marketing teams. Proven ability to design OKRs (not just track KPIs). Strong sourcing network; you know how to find people who can sell, lead, and scale. Excellent written and spoken English; confident with U.S. business communication. Comfort working 5 PM – 2 AM IST to align with U.S. teams. Deep curiosity about AI, sales psychology, and growth systems.
