Designation : SEO Manager / Digital Marketing Manager
Experience - 5 to 7+ years
Location : Ahmedabad
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Peerbits (and its subsidiary businesses), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive online growth and brand visibility. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify and target key audiences to maximize brand exposure.
Create and oversee content marketing plans, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and email campaigns.
Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
Manage and improve all company website SEO performance.
Monitor keyword rankings and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
Monitor ad spend and ROI, making adjustments as needed.
Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms.
Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions.
Develop cold email outreach strategies to generate leads, expand the customer base, and initiate meaningful business relationships.
Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Academic Requirements (Any one mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Master's Degree (Optional): A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Marketing Courses: Completion of courses or training in digital marketing
Job Requirements (Must Have)
5 to 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing for IT / ITes product or service business
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC) and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Coaching & Mentorship: Ability to train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enable their success.
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Semrush, ahref, Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
