Job Role:

The person will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive follower growth, and promote the School across various social channels through engaging content and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and curate content for the school's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and thought leadership content to increase the follower base and engagementPlan and execute social media campaigns to promote the school's programs, events, and achievementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and align social media efforts with overall marketing strategiesManage paid social media advertising campaigns across platformsMonitor, analyze, and report social media metrics and KPIsStay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices

Prerequisites:

In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their best practicesKnowledge of content creation, digital marketing, and advertisingFamiliarity with social media analytics and advertising tools

Skill Set & Competencies:

Excellent written and visual communication skillsCreative and strategic thinking abilitiesProficiency in social media management and content creation toolsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management and multitasking capabilities

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 4 - 8 years of experience in social media marketing / digital marketingMaster's degree in Digital Marketing / Marketing Communication / Social Media, or related field

Job Location: South Delhi, Noida, Sohna, Gurgaon
