Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MSBI Developer to join our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the full MSBI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Develop and maintain OLAP cubes and data models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT processes.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in MSBI development.
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting BI solutions.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in BI or SQL Server.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
