What is an apprentice program?
Apprentice program is that it is a skill enhancement program that comprises both theoretical instruction and practical on the job training to help participants develop proficiency and grow as professionals. This training can last between six months to four years, depending on the apprenticeship and the employer. A participant in the program, known as an apprentice, receives a stipend from the employer, which can increase throughout the duration of the training per prevalent policies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Sending a daily report to the Trade manager on the SQ’s closed which are set as per
· RBR/guidelines.
· Updation of tariff’s/MRG’s on regular basis in the common drive.
· Co‐ordination within the team and Trade manager on daily basis.
· Assisting the manager for inputting the performances for the weekly management
· Co‐ordination with documentation teams w.r.t SQ management and trade related issues.
· Updation of change in service/GRI notice to teams.
Requirements and Specific Skills:
· Recent Graduate.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Fully conversant with Microsoft office.
· Good analytical skills.
