About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to manage end-to-end project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of IT solutions. This role demands a balance of leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and project outcomes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional/technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with technical managers and teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or potential delays.
  • Facilitate regular internal and client-facing status meetings.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, change requests, and approvals.
  • Foster strong client relationships and manage expectations proactively.
  • Escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in IT Project Management or Business Analysis, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience managing client-facing IT projects, especially in banking, fintech, ERP, or custom software domains.
  • Ability to understand and discuss basic technical concepts with developers and stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master are a plus.
