This role focuses on student acquisition, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth .The ideal candidate must be a go-getter , have strong communication skills , a passion for education , and a results-oriented mindset .Key Responsibilities1. Student & Client AcquisitionDrive student enrolments by counselling and converting leads.Build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and training institutes.Manage inbound & outbound calls, email campaigns, and online demos.2. Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach prospective partners to generate new business opportunities.Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals & digital outreach.Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and conferences.3. Sales ExecutionConduct product presentations and explain value propositions.Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.4. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.Provide post-sales support and ensure high satisfaction levels.Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses or services.5.
