Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Inbound Telecaller (US Accent) to handle calls from our US-based customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English with a neutral or pure US accent, proven experience in a US inbound voice process, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from US customers with professionalism and clarity.
  • Communicate in a pure US accent with no regional/Indian influence.
  • Understand customer issues, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer details, complaints, and feedback accurately in CRM/software.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, compliance, and first-call resolution.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and call quality targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in English with a clear US accent (mandatory).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a US inbound voice process / BPO.
  • Ability to work in US night shifts.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Only candidates with US accent experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹15, ₹29,869.00 per month
