We are looking for a business analyst in the travel business team. In this role

you will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of that category. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities & developing strategies to achieve business objectives for the category.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:

a. Dive deep into the world of travel trends and customer behavior

b. Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing past trends, competitors and understanding

what makes travelers tick


2. Planning & Analytics

a. Identify & understand customer trends, conversion funnels and cohort analysis

b. Recommend business decisions based on the analysis


3. Growth Strategy like Merchandising & Customer Communication (CRM):

a. Be the voice of Scapia. Ideate, optimize and enhance our customer

communications across channels


4. Catalog & Supply Enhancement:

a. Collaborate with the supply team to expand the selection of stays and ensure

catalog quality is top-notch


5. Stakeholder management:

a. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, supply, finance,

product, marketing to prioritise development and enhancements


What you'll need:

A passion for putting the customer first and thinking like a traveler

You would be expected to demonstrate deep customer centricity thinking & sharp on executing

ideas.

1. 1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business analysis

2. A degree from a school of repute is great, but your attitude matters most

3. A knack for creative thinking—you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo

4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python) is a plus

5. You take action quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

6. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with the ability to influence

stakeholders

7. You’re hands-on, love solving problems, and can work both independently and in a team

setting
