Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Position: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive
Experience: 4–5 years
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences in the healthcare sector.

· Create engaging, platform-appropriate content (posts, videos, reels, infographics, blogs, etc.) aligned with brand objectives.

· Manage day-to-day social media operations across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).

· Plan and manage paid media campaigns across search, display, and social channels.

· Collaborate with clinicians, content creators, and design teams to ensure accuracy, creativity, and compliance with healthcare communication guidelines.

· Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.

· Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms/tools.

· Ensure all digital communications align with brand voice, privacy policies, and ethical marketing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 4–5 years' proven experience in digital marketing and social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.

· Experience in both B2B and B2C campaign strategy and execution.

· Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics dashboards, SEO tools).

· Understanding of compliance, privacy, and ethical guidelines for healthcare marketing.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

· Experience with mental health or wellness brands.

· Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

· Familiarity with video editing for social media platforms.
