Title: Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled digital marketing specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions. This position offers flexible working hours, with an approximate commitment of 4-5 hours per day. The salary for this position will be based on performance, offering you the opportunity to earn based on your results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.

Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other digital channels.

Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Creativity and analytical thinking to develop innovative strategies and solve problems.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
