Minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail asset operations handling disbursals of both Secured and Unsecured Loan ProductsMust have complete Operations disbursal process knowledge from Post sanction to disbursement and post disbursement activities. Preferably if handled centralized disbursal.Effective communication and presentation skillsLarge Team handling capability and co-ordination between various business functionsUnderstanding of Digital loan products operational processMaintain industry best Turn around Time and Quality processingOperational Process understanding with further capabilities on Training & awareness to Team members.Conduct assessments to identify and analyze potential Operational riskDevelop effective controls and systems.Managing and Monitoring Operations Key Risk identifiers and maintain within defined limitDesign processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.Create contingency plans to ensure Business ContinuityKnowledge of Audit processes and procedures to identify weaknesses.Proven experience in handling key operational processesFamiliarity with industry best practices and regulations & relevant digitization through various toolsStrong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.Should have the knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Power Point / Word & MIS Management. Also have the System Knowledge, Preferably of FinnOne System.Should have Team Management Skills with Team building approach.Should have the behavioral Skills like Good Communications Skills / Presentation Skills / Negotiation Skills
