  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all R&D activities and products comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM), quality control protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Market and Technology Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to guide research initiatives.
