POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Legal Fund Administrator will report to the Legal team in Apollo’s LTC department. As part of the Fund Administration team, the person is responsible for managing expenses across all Apollo Funds. The tasks include reviewing legal fund documents to ensure allowable expenses, creating and reviewing Expense Allowability Schedules, and handling Compensation Allowability Schedules. Additionally, assisting in other fund-related tasks under the supervision of in-house attorneys and contribute to Legal Operations projects as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Fund Administration of expenses for all Apollo Funds

Reviewing legal fund documents for allowable expenses

Creating and reviewing Expense Allowability Schedules

Creating and reviewing Compensation Allowability Schedules

Responsible for other tasks for new and existing funds under the supervision of in-house attorneys

Assisting the Legal Operations Team with additional Legal Operational projects as requested

Qualifications & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Experience)

Ability to learn quickly and familiarize oneself with Apollo’s legal parameters

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual contributor

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding organizational skills

Analytical/problem solving skills

Basic skills with Microsoft Excel

Desire and enthusiasm to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
