Job Description – Sr Quality Analyst

We are hiring a Senior QA / QA Lead with strong testing expertise, team leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive end-to-end quality assurance processes. This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and collaboration to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities of candidate will be:

(Testing)

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies (manual and automation).
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage across all features and platforms.
  • Perform API testing, database validation (SQL), and UI/UX testing.
  • Utilize test management tools such as qtest, Zephyr, or similar.
  • Use tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter for automation and performance testing.
  • Document and track defects using JIRA or other bug tracking systems.
  • Conduct post-release validation and ensure stable product releases.

(Lead)

  • Take complete ownership of QA activities across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BA, Development, Design) to define quality goals.
  • Oversee and prioritize testing timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.
  • Establish and track QA KPIs such as defect leakage, bug severity, and test case effectiveness.
  • Drive automation initiatives and ensure regular updates to test suites.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of releases with minimal production issues.

Leadership Skills Required

  • Proven experience in leading QA teams (2+ years in a lead role).
  • Strong ability to mentor and guide junior testers, conduct peer reviews, and share best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and present QA findings.
  • Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and improve processes continuously.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on process improvement, risk management, and quality culture.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and advocate for product excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
