Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor at EdNet Consultants Pvt Ltd. The Student Counselor will provide student and career counseling services, research on building students' profiles, assist in online applications, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure seamless communications with students, parents, and other EdNet departments.


Qualifications

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Excellent English Communication, writing, and Customer Service skills
  • Education background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Empathetic approach and an ability to understand the unique requirements of every student
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of the study abroad process, including admissions and visa requirements, would be beneficial
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Experience with online counseling and communication tools would be an advantage.
