Position Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Expense Analyst to learn and grow within a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, able to work independently and is a team player with a solid working knowledge of Expense operations. This individual will be the subject matter expert on our Expenses and related systems and policies. This role will be successful by being meticulous, personable, and able to both take direction and take initiative; additionally, this individual can effectively communicate in written and oral format.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own Expenses inbox and review, analyze, and respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Assist with the on-boarding and maintenance of corporate cards Provide guidance and instruction to employees regarding Expense expense matters Conduct audit of expense reports to ensure compliance to Expense policy Flexibility to support the growing needs of the overall Expenses Department Complete ad hoc projects, as neededRequired Skills / Desired Experience:
1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or relevant experience High school diploma required, college courses in accounting desirable Ability to retain and understand intent of company policies Excellent written and oral communication Possess strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work closely with various teams throughout the company Capable of taking initiative to drive process change and improvements Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines Motivated to work cross-functionally in a customer service-oriented capacity Knowledge of cloud related ERP systems (Workday Expenses, Coupa and Netsuite) from end user and administrative perspective desiredWhat you can look forward to as an Full-Time Okta employee
