Lead a team through various middle level managers/ Team Leads and actively consultwith clients regarding the challenges confronting businesses pursuing an online / offlinestrategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, increase average order size and visitor loyalty.Responsibilities Building and maintaining relationships with clients and guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectivesAware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth with existing clientsResponsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverablesWork collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute online/offline strategiesManage program execution and financial performance while ensuring that overall strategy is sound and on pointEffectively manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targetsCompile and analyse search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign directionBasic knowledge of SEM, SEO, Website Development, Social Media & ContentMaintain schedule performance index and cost performance indexFollow-up with cross functional departments to strictly adhere to time and action calendarKeep quality check-up right from the start till completion of the projectProvide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basisJob Requirement Prior work experience of more than 5 years in Client Servicing/Account Management (Digital Marketing)Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a large teamStrong awareness on Google Algorithm UpdatesAbility to specify technical changes to technical/development teamsExcellent communication skill
