We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team remotely from Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and multimedia content that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and websites.
  • Create engaging video content and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
  • Edit and retouch photos, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and visual standards across all designs and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA) or related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is mandatory.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to understand project briefs and convey ideas effectively.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote position based in Bangalore, requiring self-motivation and discipline.
