Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations in corporate cafeterias, pantries, and hospitality areas.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of quality food and beverage services aligned with corporate policies.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with food and beverage suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of fresh and quality products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure best pricing and services.

Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health codes and corporate policies.
  • Address and resolve guest or employee complaints related to food and beverage services promptly.

Event & Hospitality Support:

  • Coordinate food and beverage services for corporate meetings, events, and VIP functions.
  • Collaborate with event planners to design menus and service plans that meet event needs.
  • Supervise catering arrangements and ensure smooth execution.

Team Management & Training:

  • Supervise and train food and beverage staff to uphold service standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and professional development.

Budget & Cost Control:

  • Prepare and manage the food and beverage budget, including cost control and waste management.
  • Analyze sales and consumption trends to optimize inventory and pricing.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
