ABOUT DEPARTMENT

ROLE SUMMARY

The HR Management Intern will support the HR Management team with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include maintaining employee files, updating employee records, and assisting with onboarding and orientation processes.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES *

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Orientation and Onboarding
  • Training and Development Initiatives
  • Grievance handling and resolution
  • Performance Management
  • Human Resource Helpdesk
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements
  • Education & Work experience **  - Relevant training / certifications / education background.
  • Software and Applications- MS Office
  • Qualities & Capabilities-
    • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Strong interest in human resources and HR Operations

**You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.
