We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail & Fuel Operations Specialist to join our team In this role, you will leverage your expertise in inventory management, POS systems, and retail processes to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Responsibilities :

- Document and maintain process flows for retail and fuel operations.

- Conduct thorough system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new implementations or updates.

- Troubleshoot and resolve POS system (Verifone, Gilbarco, GK) issues to ensure smooth operations.

- Analyze back-office systems (cash management, invoicing, inventory, reporting) to identify and address any discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock management practices.

- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to retail and fuel operations.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless project execution.

- Meet deadlines and maintain a results-oriented approach to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in the Retail or Fuel industry (convenience stores and gas stations).


- Experience with documenting processes and conducting system/UAT testing.

- Strong understanding of POS systems (Verifone, Gilbarco, GK) and their end-to-end functionalities.

- Familiarity with back-office systems commonly used in retail and fuel industries (PDI, CStorePOS, PetroSoft, POS Nation, Jolt, GK, CStoreOffice, Epos Now).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
