Ping Solution Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping One, and Ping ID for seamless identity and access management solutions.

- Develop custom adapters and extensions using Java to integrate with existing systems and applications.

- Utilize REST API to build scalable and efficient integration solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Configure and optimize Ping Access policies to enforce security and access controls.

- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Ping Federate for seamless user authentication across multiple applications.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage identity and access management solutions in AWS/Azure cloud environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance of identity services.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to identity and access management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in integrating identity and access management solutions, including Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping One, and Ping ID.

- Strong proficiency in REST API development and integration techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Java programming for developing custom adapters and extensions.

- Familiarity with Ping DaVinci and P1AS is a plus.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, including deployment and management of identity services.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Ping Identity products.

- Experience with identity and access management protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.

- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
