PeakHire Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant on behalf of one of our esteemed clients based in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you will play a key role in managing and configuring SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) within an S/4 HANA environment, providing both functional and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements related to invoice processing.

- Configure, customize, and implement SAP VIM solutions to meet client needs.

- Perform system testing, validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP VIM functionality.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP VIM installations.

Documentation and Training :

- Create detailed documentation of SAP VIM configurations and customizations.

- Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users and client teams.

- Ensure clients understand SAP VIM processes and best practices.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with SAP VIM updates, patches, and best practices.

- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve invoice processing efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize related business processes.

Client Collaboration :

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise and guidance on SAP VIM.

- Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions with clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience working with SAP VIM, including configuration and implementation.

- Strong understanding of invoice processing and accounts payable processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- SAP certification in VIM is a plus but not mandatory.

Position : Senior Consultant - SAP VIM

Experience : 5-8 years

Shift : 3 PM - 12 AM

Location : Indore, Hyderabad, or Bangalore (or nearby areas).

Payroll : Third-party payroll (flexibility if needed).

Work Environment : On-site at the client's office.
