The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and building a strong talent pipeline for diverse roles across the organization.Key Responsibilities

Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and employee referrals.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct HR screening rounds to assess candidate suitability.

Maintain recruitment MIS/trackers and candidate pipelines.

Assist in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives.

Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT hiring).

Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail.

Knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
