Managing Debt Servicing

- Maintaining tracker of all due dates of Interest payments, repayments and other reporting requirements related to Borrowings.

- Timely coordination for payment funding and settlement instructions to Banks for interest payments and repayments.

- Ensuring proper accounting of Borrowings, Interest cost, Finance charges, Hedge instruments, interest capitalization etc. in line with the Accounting principles and IndAS. 

- Preparing various regular and Monthly MIS reports for the function, handling various internal and statutory Audit.

- Prepare and submit financial covenants with lenders on a half- yearly and yearly basis.

Raising funds through Commercial Papers (CP), Working Capital Demand Loans, Short Term Loan

- Dealing with Bank Treasuries and Mutual Funds for fund raising. Negotiating the best competitive rates.

- Coordinating CP documents with counterparty, IPA team of Bank and NSDL. Ensuring timely reporting on EBP platform of NSE and 

- Renewing CP ratings renewal from two rating agencies on a monthly basis and ensuring ratings remain live always.

Handling working capital limits and related facility documentation

- Ensuring documentation and various compliance reporting related to Working Capital limits from multiple Banks.

- Keeping a track of Limits expiry dates and timely engaging with Banks for renewal exercise.

- Assessing upcoming requirements and timely seeking enhancement in limits.

- Supporting line manager during evaluation process of long-term fund raising handling documentation in execution process and post execution reporting requirements.

Cross-functional coordination with Marketing Commercial team and influencing for Bills discounting

- Coordinating with Banks / NBFCs for exploring non-recourse factoring lines for Key customers.

- Pre negotiation , lead generation and partnering with commercial to handle documents for factoring arrangements.

- Negotiating LC Bill discounting prices with Banks and coordinating with marketing zones. Handling issues related to LCBD.

- Ensure and read through all compliances for commercial papers.

Providing information to various Credit Rating agencies

- Company is rated by 5 rating agencies. All the information acquired by them should be coordinated with internal teams and provided on time. 

- Providing projections during rating renewal exercise and attending to all the numeric queries from Analyst teams.

- Coordinating monthly disclosures to rating agencies, maintain master of surveillance fee and coordinating timely payment by accounts team.

Managing Bank Accounts and facilitating banking needs

- Reviewing activities related to Bank Account management. Identifying and initiating optimization opportunities for inventory of Bank Accounts.

- Ensuring timely coordination of signatory updating requests, maintaining masters of authorization matrix, net banking, category-wise limits etc.

- Explore new edge Banking products for Payments and Bank Account management. Supporting in change management initiatives.

- Coordinating banking support for UltraTech Community Welfare Trust, Provident fund, Gratuity fund, Superannuation fund, School trusts etc.

Attending and resolving Banking issues faced by payment teams

- Attending and resolving all the matters related to banking services for UKSC, Plants, Marketing Zones, RMC, Birla White and other business verticals.

- Exception handling related with operations of Bank Accounts.
